Policy (function) The Property Control Department is committed to the smooth and effective operation of East Central Regional hospital. Property Control is necessary to move, retrieve, store, and maintain accountability of all property and equipment for Individual and State property. In addition, to properly disposing of items that is either broken or are no longer useful, it will provide folding tables and chairs, including transportation for special functions and events hosted by East Central Regional Hospital. Property Control will also pick-up and provide storage and/or transporting of records to be stored in the local or State Archives Records storage area and provide campus-wide shredding support. Make to list each item, in order to make sure that the warehouse is sending adequate manpower and equipment to complete the request in a timely and efficient manner. 9. The Property Control form must be scanned or sent as an attachment (preferred) to propertycontrol@dbhdd.ga.gov. 10.
